Materials will be free from mud, dust, fluff, non-ferrous inclusion, excessive rust and other impurities, free form any explosive shells, cartridges, othe arms amd ammunition used or ant closed container, substances and coatings, organic waste or harmful substances.

Procedure:
- Buyer Issues LOI with BCL
- Seller Issues FCO & Draft Contract
- Buyer issues a LC/BG from HSBC Ltd
- Buyer may visit the goods before issuing a financial instrument provided buyers banks issues a confirm, irrecoverable letter binding the buyer to issue the financial instrument for the worth of agreed quantity according to the contract, after physical verification of the goods by the buyer.
- No performance bond shall be issued once buyer has conducted physical inspection/verification of the goods on site at loading port.
